This&That Vol. 50: "CONVERGENCE"

On Friday, September 25, This&That returns to BnA_WALL for a milestone edition: our 50th event since the series began in 2010.
For Vol. 50, we're bringing together old friends who have been part of This&That over the years with new artists joining us for the first time. It's a convergence of the people, sounds, art, and creative energy that have shaped the event over the past 16 years, while continuing to make space for something new.
The evening will also celebrate the unveiling of the new Colors of the City mural, created as part of the Pentel × Mural Rookies Project. Visitors can also see the Sounds of the City mural at THE A.I.R. BUILDING, as well as the new Connections of the City installation on nearby construction walls.
Join us as old friends and new faces converge to celebrate 50 editions of This&That, and the beginning of whatever comes next.

This & That, organized by TokyoDex, is an event where art and music intersect. Bringing together diverse artists regardless of genre or background, it has been invigorating Tokyo's creative community by sharing their skills and talents.
50 times. 16 years. A single room that is always packed with people.
This&That began in 2010 as a small gathering of people who create things in Tokyo. Even now, 50 times, what we do remains the same: we bring artists, musicians, and even people who just drop by into the same room and see what emerges from it. Each time, 150 to 300 or more people gather, and countless collaborations and friendships have been born from this place.
Celebrating its 16th year in 2025, #TnT has fostered countless new friendships and ongoing art collaborations, and its ripple effect continues to resonate in the pulse of the city today.
Although it was temporarily suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, This&That has evolved even further since its revival in 2022. As an important cultural event for the post-COVID era where art, music, and ideas can be directly shared, This&That will continue to lead the Tokyo scene.
